The warranty on GESTORE doors and components starts on the day of purchase, provided the rules of transportation, storage, installation and use are followed.
Leaves and moldings are made at a factory in Russia according to the manufacturer's specifications; every product comes with accompanying documents.
If you notice a defect, contact the showroom where you bought the doors or write to us via the form on the website — a manager will register the claim and explain the next steps.
Products go through several stages of quality control at the factory and a second completeness check before shipping.
What the warranty covers:
manufacturing defects of leaves, frames, casings, extension jambs, stop and joining strips, cornices;
hardware operation when properly installed and used;
compliance of the delivery with the agreed specification.
The warranty does not apply if the product is damaged by improper installation, storage or self-modification. Doors made to custom sizes and colors cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
The shade in photos may differ slightly from the real one — this is a feature of screens, not a defect.
